Children Grades 1-5 meet each Wednesday at 6:45pm for Children's Bible Study and missions activites. It's a fun, interactive class, which puts Bible stories & Jesus' teaching in verbiage easy for kids to understand. The Children have a great time each week learning & playing together, and even assisting with church wide mission projects.
The Youth splits into two age-appropriate classes each Wednesday at 6:45pm, Jr. Youth for middle school and Youth for high school students. From in-depth Bible Study to bizarre life discussions, the Youth Group spends time each week supporting each other as they are moving from children to adults in the world. Our favorite group verse is: "Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." Timothy 4:12 Youth also plan fun activites from Whitewater Rafting to Camping out on the church yard. No idea too crazy....that can't be tamed down and used! Come worship God with a fun & accepting youth group. Questions & suggestions in regards to the Youth Group can be directed to Roger Hege, Youth Director. Questions in regards to the Jr. Youth Group can be directed to class teachers, Pastor Bob and Jennifer Lassiter.
